Temporary or long-term storage of home or office furniture and equipment is safe and secure in one of Western Van and Storage’s two locations in Washington and two locations in New Mexico. Everything is carefully inventoried and packed in palletized storage vaults on your premises. The vaults are sealed, then transported in air-ride trailers to our warehouse where they are stacked by lift truck. The belongings inside are not touched again until delivery. For delivery the vaults are lift trucked onto air-ride equipment and delivered to your new location sealed as when they were at the time of loading.

Monitoring performance of your commercial relocation is an important and continuing aspect of our service to you. From the day we reach an agreement until the move is successfully completed, the Project Manager and/or Project Supervisor assigned to your relocation monitors the performance of everyone—from sales, to operations, to the on-site crew.

To make sure that you are prepared for your move we double check all dates and will monitor operations personnel to ensure that cartons, labels, and other necessary materials are delivered on time and in sufficient quantities. This will enable us to perform your move in the most efficient and accurate manner. Our relocation consultant will work with you to color-code tag your cartons and furniture, this labeling pre-organizes your offices from the old to new location. Our fleet is also equipped with satellite tracking so you can monitor your shipment from pick up through delivery.
